Requirements
- In-depth understanding of payroll processes and essential requirements
- Proficient in utilising payroll software, with training on Moorepay provided
- Assessing employees' pension eligibility and experience creating and submitting pension uploads
- Prior experience in payroll is essential, ideally with experience managing complex or high-volume workloads
- Solid grasp of payroll legislation and statutory obligations
- Exceptional accuracy, organisational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- A strong commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and maintaining data integrity
