Job Description
We're looking for a Talent Advisor to support our expanding businesses by attracting and introducing exceptional talent to their teams across the UK and Ireland. As a Talent Advisor, you'll play a key part in delivering a reliable talent service, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for hiring managers and new team members across the Culligan UKI Group.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment focused role
- Understanding of LMS and employee development
- In-depth knowledge and experience of using different recruitment methods
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships
- Driven to succeed and creative
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, resilient
