Job Description
Join our highly regarded Early Talent Team as an Early Talent Advisor based in Birmingham office. Deliver the firm's Early Talent programmes and strategy, providing excellent service to the business and acting as a main point of contact for trainee and apprenticeship matters.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience of working on Early Talent programmes, particularly apprenticeship programmes
- Strong understanding of the principles and structure of apprenticeships
- Proven track record of strong time management, working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with stakeholders and ideally an involvement in Early Talent recruitment activities
