We are looking for a Demand Plan Manager with advanced proficiency in software systems, proven working experience within a demand planning role, and analytical skills. The successful candidate should have excellent problem-solving and organisational skills, ability to work to strict deadlines, and experience using forecasting tools

Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience. Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and organisational skills required

Demonstrated experience in account management or customer success, exceptional leadership capabilities, and robust analytical abilities are required

Proven leadership skills, experience in retention or sales, and strong knowledge of CRM

Leading team, analysing churn, operational leadership, CRM systems

Customer-centric mindset, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle challenging conversations

The successful applicant will have the ability to follow processes, be able to work to deadlines and be used to working in a fast paced environment, with a eye for detail

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving and negotiation abilities, and customer-centric mindset

Proven demand planning experience, keen eye for detail, and strong communication skills required

Valid driving license, 2+ years' driving experience, excellent communication skills
