The HR Department of SOLC is seeking an HR Mission Officer in a permanent position. Responsibilities include ensuring HR and administrative procedures, providing operational support and advice, and participating in payroll preparation, recruitment, and training tasks.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in HR
• Significant experience in a similar role within an HR department
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with HR and IT tools
• Autonomy, rigor, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
