Chargé.e de missions RH - Alternance

The HR service of Holcim Corporate France, certified Top Employer, ensures the administrative management of personnel and payroll, the management of social dialogue, the development of skills and the management of professional careers for the Corporate France legal entities. Reporting to an HR Manager, you will be responsible for accompanying the team on a daily basis on the main missions as follows: assisting HR Managers on various HR missions, preparing supports, analyses and decision-making elements, contributing to the follow-up of HR files, human resources mission officer, gestion des stages et de l’alternance, relations sociales, development RH, internal communication, pilotage de Projets RH, etc.
