Job Description
Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for a collaborative Construction Manager to manage construction and design projects, including improvements to existing locations and building new restaurants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a construction-related field, preferably Construction Management
- 4-6 years experience in managing related commercial construction projects
- Strong project management, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, food service and mechanical drawings with extensive knowledge of building construction practices
