Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist

Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments and behavioral health care in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting.

Requirements

• One year of experience in mental health, hospital, medical outpatient clinic, FQHC, Home Health or long-term care setting
• Three to five years of experience in a related environment
• Master's Degree/Licenses, Certifications, Registrations
• Current unrestricted license in the state in which practicing is required upon hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required prior to employment start date
