Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist

LCSW/LPCC/LMFT position at Cumberland Family Medical Center (CFMC) offering a wide range of health and mental health services. Provides comprehensive psychosocial assessments and behavioral health care. Collaborates with the medical team to understand patient beliefs, behaviors, and barriers regarding their illness.

Requirements

• One (1) year of experience in mental health
• Three to five (3-5) years of experience in related environment
• Master’s Degree/Licenses, Certifications, Registrations
• Current unrestricted license in the state in which practicing is required upon hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required prior to employment start date
