Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist

Cumberland Family Medical Center seeks a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments and behavioral health care. The LCSW/LPCC/LMFT will work in a collaborative environment to enhance the patient experience and improve productivity.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in mental health, hospital, medical outpatient clinic, FQHC, Home Health or long-term care setting
• 3-5 years of experience in related environment
• Master's Degree/Licenses, Certifications, Registrations
• Current unrestricted license in the state in which practicing is required upon hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required prior to employment start date
