Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist

LCSW / LPCC / LMFT provides comprehensive psychosocial assessments and behavioral health care, promoting multi-disciplinary care that is patient-centered and considers all aspects of members' personal, psychological, economic, and cultural needs.

Requirements

• One (1) year of experience in mental health, hospital, medical outpatient clinic, FQHC, Home Health or long-term care setting.
• Three to five (3-5) years of experience in related environment.
• Master’s Degree/Licenses, Certifications, Registrations.
• Current unrestricted license in the state in which practicing is required upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required prior to employment start date.
