Analista de Recursos Humanos

We are looking for a Human Resources Analyst with talent to join our team in Panama. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, People Management, or related fields and previous experience in administrative tasks and customer service.

Requirements

• Provides first-line assistance to employees through various channels, such as virtual chat, phone, and in-person interactions
• Assists with various HR administrative tasks, such as document preparation, data entry, archiving, and maintaining and updating employee personal files
• Supports the organization and execution of internal HR events, initiatives, and communication campaigns
• Collaborates in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits
• Provides logistical and administrative support for employee training sessions, workshops, or information talks led by HR
• Maintain data accuracy and drive administrative process efficiency for HR administrative processes
• Help manage the administration and compliance of HR policies and procedures
• Participate in compensation and benefit administration
• Create employment contracts and letters as required by local laws or practices
• Defend customer excellence and drive continuous improvement
