Job Description
Cummins is seeking a Field Service Power Generation Technician/Mechanic to join their Distribution Business in Manassas, VA. The role involves repairing generators and components, interacting with customers, performing maintenance and repairs, and maintaining records. Ongoing training and development opportunities are available.
Requirements
- Broad mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance abilities
- High Voltage / Low Voltage experience
- Capable of electrical repair and maintenance with minimal supervision
- Basic Diesel Engine experience
- Proficient troubleshooting and repairs of generators, transfer switches, and auxiliary components
- Able to perform repairs on ATS systems and able to perform commissioning on a new ATS installation
