Financial Accounting Manager

We are looking for a talented Financial Accounting Manager to join our team specializing in Finance & Accounting for our office in Scoresby, Melbourne. This is a Hybrid Role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA, CMA, CA or similar certification
• Intermediate-level professional experience in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including US GAAP, internal control frameworks, and financial regulations
• Ability to interpret financial data, analyze complex variances, and communicate financial concepts clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Demonstrated capability to evaluate business processes, identify risks or control gaps, and implement effective improvements
• For internal applicants: experience leading teams, managing month-end close requirements, and maintaining a strong audit-ready control environment
