The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance, controlling, and admin, with international experience and advanced accounting knowledge. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as leadership experience and intercultural competence.
Requirements
- International degree in Business Administration or Accounting
- 4-6 years of work experience in finance, ideally in an international company/group
- Advanced accounting knowledge and familiarity with monthly/yearly accounts and external addressees
- Experience in operational finance, marketing, and sales controlling
- Project management experience
- Advanced knowledge of SAP (CO, COPA, Business Warehouse) and Hyperion
- Leadership experience and intercultural competence
- Language proficiency in English
