Service Parts Associate

We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our team specializing in parts for our Distribution Center located in Candiac, QC. The role involves receiving, handling, and dispatching parts, providing accurate documentation, and maintaining ongoing communication with customers, while also complying with Health, Safety, and Environment standards.

Requirements

• Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills in Health, Safety, and Environment
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education
• Direct customer interaction experience via counter service, phone, and email
• Ability to work with the PM group to acquire parts
• Experience operating forklifts and performing warehouse duties
• Excellent computer skills
