Job Description
Responsible for assisting customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision. Will carry out customer parts counter duties, support other parts personnel, and maintain a neat and clean appearance in the customer parts area and warehouse.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Concur, Salesforce, and FSL
