Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in helping develop, lead, and motivate a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience that supports building brand loyalty and achieving financial targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail and/or customer service experience in a high-paced selling environment
• Minimum of 1 year of retail supervisory experience
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours
• Previous experience working in a heavily regulated industry
• Strong leadership skills, ability to build and manage teams
• Strong salesmanship skills. Experience in driving revenue
• Strong experience and attention to detail in cash handling and POS operations
• Ability to work independently and take initiative/be empowered to run the business in the absence of the Store Manager
