Job Description
Join Curaleaf as a Retail Assistant Store Manager to help develop, lead, and motivate a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Assist the Store Manager in maximizing revenue opportunities and build loyal customer relationships.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in retail and/or customer service experience in a high-paced selling environment
- 1 year of retail supervisory experience
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how to measure success through financial targets and key performance indicators
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours
- Previous experience working in a heavily regulated industry
- Strong leadership skills and ability to build and manage teams
- Strong salesmanship skills and experience in driving revenue
- Strong experience and attention to detail in cash handling and POS operations
