Job Description
Curaleaf is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to develop, execute, and continuously improve pricing strategies that drive sales growth, expand margins, and support long-term profitability. The role involves analyzing pricing performance, margin, and sales trends, identifying opportunities to improve pricing effectiveness, and recommending pricing strategies that support business and category goals.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Strategy, Merchandising, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in pricing and financial analysis in the retail or CPG industry retail
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, change-driven environment and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong data management and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Experience with tools like Microsoft Dynamics or PowerBI
