Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Merchandising, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in pricing and financial analysis in the retail or CPG industry retail
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, change-driven environment and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong data management and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Experience with tools like Microsoft Dynamics or PowerBI
- Proven project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Self-starter with strong decision-making skills; able to take direction and execute efficiently.
