Sr. Pricing Analyst

Join Curaleaf, a leading global cannabis provider, as a Senior Pricing Analyst to develop, execute, and continuously improve pricing strategies that drive sales growth, expand margins, and support long-term profitability. As a key member of the pricing team, you will work closely with Product and Planning teams, as well as senior leadership, to make sure pricing decisions align with evolving business goals and market dynamics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Merchandising, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in pricing and financial analysis in the retail or CPG industry retail
• Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, change-driven environment and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong data management and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with tools like Microsoft Dynamics or PowerBI
