Requirements
- Set and manage pricing strategies
- Develop and recommend pricing strategies that support business and category goals
- Implement price changes to maintain strong competitive positioning
- Use internal performance data, market insights, and pricing tools to find the right balance between volume and profitability
- Turn data into decisions
- Analyze pricing performance, margin, and sales trends
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing effectiveness and revenue outcomes
- Clearly explain the financial impact of pricing recommendations to stakeholders
- Partner across the business
- Work closely with Product and Planning teams on pricing options and tradeâoffs
- Provide guidance on pricing scenarios and propose alternatives when needed
- Support pricing governance, including reviewing promotional pricing and discount requests
- Stay close to the market
- Monitor competitive pricing and market trends
- Use competitive intelligence to inform pricing strategy and recommendations
