Sales Development Representative (SDR)

CurbWaste is a fast-growing Series-B SaaS company seeking driven Sales Development Representatives to help scale its go-to-market motion. The role involves generating and qualifying pipeline, engaging decision-makers, and partnering with Sales and Marketing to drive new business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of B2B sales or SDR experience, ideally in SaaS or technology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with outbound prospecting and objection handling
• Excellent time management and pipeline organization skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, evolving startup environment
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to learn from metrics and feedback
• Collaborative approach and coachability
• Curiosity and willingness to develop deep product and industry knowledge
