We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate HR Business Partner to join our HR team to align HR strategies with organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous 0-1 year of experience or internship in HR is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
