Associate HR Business Partner

The Associate HR Business Partner is responsible for working in partnership with HR and team leadership to assist in establishing and/or improving company culture, new hire onboarding, workforce retention practice, performance management, and supporting project work that supports HR and site goals. The role involves coordinating onboarding, HR orientation, and first day processes, supporting core HR operations, and managing leave programs. The Associate HRBP will also strengthen workplace culture by coordinating events, recognition efforts, and stay/exit interviews, and maintain HR operations by maintaining records, supporting timekeeping needs, and ensuring key site documents and processes stay up to date.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Human Resources or a related field
• At least two years of hands-on experience in a support HR role
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and maintain accuracy
• Experience working in HR systems and the ability to learn new software
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and PPT
• Ability to work independently, work well with a team, and maintain confidentiality
