Canopy Mortgage is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation, and to support organizational design and total rewards initiatives.
Requirements
- Departmental Partnership: Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned teams, providing guidance on performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation.
- Full-Cycle Execution: Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for your groups, from high-touch onboarding to insightful offboarding interviews.
- Comp & Structure Support: Assist in gathering data for Compensation Benchmarking and Organizational Design projects to ensure Canopy remains competitive in the Silicon Slopes market.
- Culture Advocacy: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the "Canopy Experience," ensuring our high-growth energy translates into a high-trust workplace.
- Learning & Development: Help build the framework for how our people grow. From leadership training for new managers to seeing the strategic direction for technical L&D initiatives, you will oversee the programs that help turn "jobs" into "careers."
