Requirements

• Handling customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat
• Supporting problem-solving and technical questions about our system
• Documenting and tracking support cases in our ticketing system
• Forwarding and coordinating more complex requests with our software team
• Contributing to improving our support processes and FAQ database
• Supporting the evaluation of customer feedback for optimizing our services
• Proactive customer support and follow-up
• Creating reports on customer satisfaction, usage, and success metrics (KPIs)
