We are looking for a Customer Support Employee to join our team in Berlin, Germany. As the first point of contact for our care facilities and patients, you will be responsible for answering inquiries, directing questions to 2nd Level Support, and developing FAQs and process improvements. You will work in a hybrid environment and have the opportunity to co-create with our team to improve our services.
