Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and growth-driven Staff Accountant to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role offers a strong blend of Accounts Payable, general accounting, and financial reporting, making it ideal for professionals looking to expand into full-cycle accounting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing industry preferred)
• Strong experience in high-volume Accounts Payable environments
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles and internal controls
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Growth mindset with a desire to expand into broader accounting functions
