Corporate Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Corporate Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives within a fast-paced, professional services environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant supporting senior leadership or C-level executives
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong experience managing complex calendars and high-volume scheduling
• Experience coordinating multi-leg travel arrangements and managing expense reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
• Bachelor's degree preferred
