Requirements
- Customer-centric focus with a background in teaching, sales, or customer success
- Results-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with essential business applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) as well as CRM (Salesforce), marketing tools and chat-based AI tools.
