At Curriculum Associates, we're seeking a temporary, part-time Educational Consultant to provide professional development and support to teachers and leaders in Illinois. As a consultant, you'll work closely with the Director of Professional Learning, sales team, and other professionals to facilitate high-quality professional development, training, support, data analysis, and communication with teachers and leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in teaching, coaching teachers, and providing professional development
- Strong working knowledge of State Standards for ELA and Mathematics for Grades K–8
- Fluency with using digital tools and high level of comfort discussing and applying data
- Understanding of principles of adult learning and ability to apply them to professional development
- Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently and as part of an educational cohort
