Job Description
The Financial Analysis & Accounting Manager is responsible for leading the budgeting, financial planning, and accounting functions within the organization. This role oversees the preparation, administration, and control of the annual budget, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- CPA designation or MBA is considered an asset.
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
