Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Hardware Designer (Embedded) to join our team in Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for engineering, designing, developing, and testing new embedded hardware at the forefront of technology. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechatronics Engineering, and 2+ years of board-level development and hands-on lab experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechatronics Engineering
- 2+ years Board level development and hands on lab experience
- Familiarity with design capture tools (preferably Mentor Graphics)
- Strong debug and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and written communication skills
- Results-oriented team player who leads by example
