R&D Engineer

R&D Engineer position available at Curtiss-Wright Round Rock facility to support design and development of sensor products, specifically nuclear pressure transmitter products. Job involves design engineering, AutoCAD, SolidWorks 3D modeling, component specification, and project management.

Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering degree
• 3+ years of engineering experience
• Pressure sensors and/or transmitter experience
• Experience with pressure transmitter calibration, bench testing, component level troubleshooting, root cause analysis
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
• GD&T per ASME Y14.5M
• Experience and ability to work in a regulated industry
