Lead and optimize supply chain operations for a business unit, ensuring effective material flow, supplier performance, cost control, quality, and on-time delivery while meeting regulatory and customer requirements.
Requirements
- 5 years' experience managing suppliers and integrating supply chain with program management and material planning
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Supply Chain Management
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in a controlled or regulated environment
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, supply chain analytics, and data analysis tools
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
