
Job description
Responsible for ensuring the proper and efficient operations and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for assigned facilities. Typically, this position does not have a Chief Engineer on-site and may be the solo engineer at the building. This role may also include supervising maintenance staff.
Assist with daily operations and maintenance, supervise maintenance staff, perform preventive maintenance duties, recommend improvements to the preventive maintenance program, and maintain effective building-specific maintenance procedures.
Requires 5+ years of related trade experience, high school diploma or GED equivalent, and a valid driver's license. Must possess a valid "Universal" level certification for CFC and HFC based refrigerants and have basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
