
Job description
Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems for assigned properties. Maintains a clean and safe working environment, performs rounds, conducts routine assessments, and performs day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance.
Perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC requirements, maintain heating equipment, monitor and adjust mechanical/pneumatic equipment, verify field conditions, and perform repairs or adjustments. Monitor Energy Management, repair doors, ceilings, hand railings, and floors, and perform preventive maintenance duties.
Requires 5+ years of related work experience, high school diploma or GED equivalent, and appropriate license/permit for trade. Must have technical proficiency, initiative, flexibility, multi-tasking, and a sense of urgency. Knowledgeable in energy management systems, techniques, and operations, and thorough knowledge in all building systems operations, maintenance, and repair.
