
Job description
The Senior Occupancy Planner serves as a strategic leader overseeing the supply, capacity, and demand of the Client’s real estate portfolio. They are responsible for ensuring all planning exercises align with the client's long term strategic vision. They often work on high-density headquarters or complex regional campuses projects.
Direct Management, Program Standards, Performance Oversight, Data-Driven Strategy, Scenario Modeling, Solutioning, Goal Setting, Stakeholder & Relationship Management
7–10 years of experience in corporate real estate or occupancy planning, with at least 2–3 years in a direct people-management or team-lead capacity, Proficiency in utilizing CAFM/IWMS software and relational database functionality, Exceptional oral and written communication skills for presenting to C-suite stakeholders
