Job Description
We are looking for a Director, Sales to help grow and lead our sales efforts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role is critical to driving regional revenue growth, developing high-performing account executives, and ensuring our sales strategy is executed effectively.
Requirements
- 7+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience
- Strong track record of driving solution/value-based selling motions
- Experience selling into mid-market and early enterprise segments
- Experience navigating complex, multi-country sales environments across EMEA
- Skilled in coaching teams on outbound pipeline generation and instilling the discipline needed to build the majority of pipeline through outbound efforts
