We're looking for a motivated, experienced Senior Account Executive to join our growing sales team and help drive the next stage of Customer.io's growth. You'll represent Customer.io to our largest prospective customers and manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to demo to close.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of top performance as a Senior Account Executive (or similar) in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of consistently achieving quota and goals
- Familiar with MEDDPICC or a similar structured sales methodology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, engaging presence
- Ability to uncover business needs and recommend relevant solutions
- Strong organizational skills to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem-solver who can think beyond the ask to find the right solution
