Requirements
- 1-3 years of applicable experience in an IT environment
- Ability to communicate on both technical and non-technical levels
- Strong technical diagnostic expertise
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task while maintaining a rigorous attention to detail
- Ability to acquire new skills efficiently and thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to work closely with multiple teams
- On-Call and off hours support required at times
