IT Support Analyst

The IT Support Analyst will maintain and support end-user desktop and mobile environments, plan and deploy network infrastructure, and serve as an escalation point for the Help Desk. The role requires 2-3 years of experience with Windows-based desktops and laptops, high school diploma, and exceptional customer support and communication skills.

Requirements

• High School diploma, or GED
• Two - Three years' minimum experience installing, troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software on Windows-based desktops and laptops
• Highly organized self-starter with strong capacity for critical thinking, engagement, and responsive communication
• Positive attitude with our team, our customers, and our business
• Exceptional customer support and communication skills, both verbal and written
