Key Account Director

Customized Energy Solutions (CES) is a global energy services and technology company that helps market participants operate, comply, and compete in deregulated electricity and natural gas markets. The Key Account Director is responsible for managing and growing relationships with CES’s most strategic clients, building trusted, long-term partnerships and driving revenue through renewals, upselling, and business line expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Energy, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 8+ years of account management, business development, or client-facing sales experience (energy sector experience strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through upselling, renewals, and cross-selling.
• Exceptional relationship management and communication skills with C-level stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience plus).
