Program Associate - Energy Access and Livelihood ( Installation & Maintenance)

Customized Energy Solutions (CES) is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Program Associate - Energy Access and Livelihood (Installations and Maintenance). In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the successful installation, support, and maintenance of various machines and appliances. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our service delivery and help improve the livelihoods of the communities we serve through our partners.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in a relevant technical field
• Prior experience in Motor and their control panels, installations, or technical support
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of electrical systems, food processing machine and their installation/maintenance
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders
