Business Development Manager

Customs Support Group (CSG) is Europe’s leading independent customs services provider. We help companies move goods across borders smoothly and compliantly, taking the pressure out of customs. As a Business Development Manager, you will drive the sales growth of customs services in the domestic and/or international market, acquiring new clients and building long-term business relationships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales/business development
• Good knowledge of customs procedures and customs law regulations
• Experience working with B2B clients
• Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Independence, initiative, and a goal-oriented mindset
• Fluent in Polish and Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
• Category B driving license and willingness to travel for business purposes
