Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) - Hayward

CVHCare is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to monitor patients' overall health and develop individualized plans of care. The RN will work independently to deliver quality healthcare to patients in their homes, with the flexibility to make their own schedule and plan patient visits around other commitments.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute, SNF, Home Health or Hospice setting
• Active CA Registered Nursing License
• AA, BSN, MSN
• Reliable Transportation
• Current CPR or BLS Card
