CVHCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team in providing home health clinical services. The position offers flexibility and autonomy, with a focus on patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year RN experience preferably in acute, SNF, Home Health or Hospice setting
- Must Possess an active CA Registered Nursing License
- AA, BSN, MSN
- Reliable Transportation
- Current CPR or BLS Card
