Requirements
- Develops an architectural maturity model and strategic roadmap to move teams from projects to final production, as well as transform the execution of work to an agile framework.
- Formulates actionable views utilizing in-house tool reporting and architectural visualizations to successfully enhance the company's brand recognition and competitive advantage in the industry.
- Develops standard processes to enable faster decision-making and transparent observability in the team's practices and protocols.
- Inspects architecture patterns to ensure correct patterns are leveraged for scalability of new business functionality, as well as resiliency, reliability, stability, and availability of existing business functionality.
- Applies advanced knowledge of architecture when assisting teams in forming seamless deployment and rollback plans for key business initiatives, utilizing AI where appropriate
- Consults with key stakeholders across the broader organization to understand impacts, communicate changes, and develop best practices for architectural schematics.
- Experience with distributed computing architectures, including race conditions, parallelism, and concurrency control.
- Excellent verbal and written communications.
- Drives key architectural decisions with the team to ensure architectural standards and guidelines are met on all key business initiatives.
